Agreement for Manufacturing Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (www.umaiswearstore.online) or placing an order with Umais Wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and business partners.

2. Custom Orders & Production

All manufacturing orders are processed based on the client’s approved Tech Pack or design. Umais Wear is not responsible for design errors provided by the client after production has commenced.

3. Payments & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Orders are subject to our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements. Production begins only after the receipt of the agreed advance payment. Full payment is required before the shipment leaves our factory in Sialkot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Lead Times

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, lead times are estimates and may vary due to custom requirements or logistical factors. Umais Wear is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs clearance.
