1. Custom Manufacturing Policy

At Umais Wear, every product is manufactured according to the client’s specific design, tech pack, and size requirements. Since these items are custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind or incorrect sizing provided by the client.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We maintain strict quality control. However, if you receive a shipment with a clear manufacturing defect or wrong product dispatch:

  • Report the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the defect via WhatsApp or Email.
  • If verified, we will offer a replacement in your next shipment or a partial credit note.

3. Sampling Is Key

To avoid any dissatisfaction, Umais Wear highly recommends ordering a physical sample before bulk production. This ensures the fabric, fit, and printing methods meet your brand’s standards.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Once production has commenced or fabric has been sourced, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds (if applicable under special circumstances) will be processed back to the original payment method after deducting sourcing and administrative costs.
